Website enquiries
The project enquiry form sends the details you enter to this site’s Netlify form service. Your name, email, optional business and phone information, project type and message are provided so Digital Dev Design can respond to your request. Please avoid passwords, payment details or confidential customer records.
WhatsApp & email
WhatsApp and email links open third-party services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. You choose what to share and send through those services.
Solution Lab plans
The Solution Lab builds a plan in your browser. It saves nothing automatically. If you choose Save on this device, the plan and written notes are stored in this browser’s local storage. You can restore or remove that saved plan in the Lab. Exported plan files and downloaded briefs stay on your device unless you share them.
Share links contain scenario, business-context and component choices; written notes are excluded. When you choose to discuss a blueprint, the current brief is held temporarily in the same browser tab for the enquiry page. It is sent to Digital Dev Design only if you submit the enquiry form. If browser storage is unavailable, a shortened brief may be included in the contact-link URL. Avoid confidential information in planning notes.
Browser demonstrations
Some project demos save illustrative data in local storage on your device. They are not shared customer databases. Use sample information. Clearing stored site data removes those local entries.
Website requests
The refreshed marketing pages use local styles and locally hosted fonts and do not add analytics or advertising scripts. Some retained demonstrations may load external resources. The hosting provider may log requests such as IP addresses and pages visited. Hosting retention and processing arrangements should be confirmed with Digital Dev Design.

To ask about information submitted to Digital Dev Design, or request correction or deletion, email digitald3van@gmail.com. Data retention and access arrangements for enquiry records are managed by the site operator.
